<p class="wp-block-paragraph">For years, South Asia helped build the scale of the global internet without ever fully controlling the terms on which that scale was converted into wealth and power. The region supplied users, traffic, attention, cultural energy, creators, commercial activity and one of the richest reservoirs of digital behaviour in the world. What it did not control was the deeper architecture through which that behaviour was observed, interpreted and monetised. That asymmetry now sits at the heart of a new argument emerging from India, where ZKTOR is positioning itself not simply as another digital platform, but as a broader reply to a model of social media that became powerful by quietly making the user more legible to the system than the system ever became to the user.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">That is what makes ZKTOR harder to dismiss than a routine app launch. It is effectively arguing that the old internet in South Asia was never as fair as it was made to appear. Users believed they were entering services built around connection, visibility, expression and opportunity. The pause over a video, the repeated return to a category, the late-night search, the timing of a reaction, the emotional tone of content engagement, the speed of a click after hesitation, all of these became commercially meaningful signals. Behaviour tracking did not sit at the margin of the first social-media age. It helped power its business core.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In South Asia, that system carried an additional layer of imbalance. Vast numbers of users did not enter digital life through informed negotiation. They entered because modern life increasingly gave them little choice. Work moved online. Education moved online. Commerce moved online. Relevance moved online. Social participation moved online. The terms under which users accepted that shift, privacy policies, consent forms, terms and conditions, disclosure language, were often long, technical and practically unreadable to the average person. Formal consent existed. Meaningful understanding often did not. This is one of the central ideas running through the broader doctrine associated with ZKTOR founder Sunil Kumar Singh, who has argued that unreadable digital consent combined with hidden behaviour tracking and data extraction created a deeply unequal bargain for a large part of South Asia.</p>

A society that grows skeptical of externally shaped strategic systems also grows more skeptical of externally shaped digital systems. It sees the district merchant who wants digital visibility but not hidden asymmetry. It sees the family that wants participation but not humiliation. It sees the first-generation user who can navigate an app but cannot be expected to decode a long legal framework governing data use. It sees the local economy not as a minor segment below the real digital market, but as the real digital market that old platform systems never fully organised according to its own needs. This is why Ranchi matters in the ZKTOR story. It is not a decorative hometown detail. It is central to the perspective from which the company is trying to build.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The platform’s answer to the old model is architectural before it is rhetorical. Older ad-tech systems became highly sophisticated, but their sophistication was often built for very different commercial behaviour larger budgets, more formal business structures and more urban digital fluency. A tutor could reach nearby families. A home-based women’s enterprise could gain safer and more local discoverability. A sweet shop could market to the neighbourhoods that matter to its business. A clinic, repair network or rental operator could become meaningfully visible in the geography where trust and transaction already overlap. That is not a small supplementary feature. It is a route into one of the region’s biggest under-digitised markets. If ZKTOR becomes useful there, it moves beyond communication and into local economic infrastructure.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">That broader economic possibility becomes even more credible when ZKTOR is seen not as an isolated product, but as part of a wider Softa ecosystem. On its own, ZKTOR is already trying to establish itself as a trust-led participation layer built around privacy, safety and reduced extractability. But the company’s wider strategic picture extends beyond one platform. Subkuz strengthens the hyperlocal media and information layer, which matters because local commerce in South Asia does not grow through transaction alone. It grows through familiarity, community signal, regional relevance and the simple fact that people trust what they feel belongs to their own social landscape. Ezowm deepens the commerce layer, which matters because visibility without transactional movement leaves too much value outside the system. Together, these products suggest a company trying to connect communication, regional information, local commerce and user trust under one broader architecture. This is a much bigger ambition than launching a new social feed. South Asia’s digital future cannot remain socially convincing if its youth continue to supply culture and behavioural energy while staying weakly represented in the platform value chain. District-level ad operations need local campaign coordination. Merchants need onboarding and digital visibility support. In other words, once a platform becomes useful to real local life, a surrounding layer of digital labour starts to form. That matters enormously in a South Asian context, where digital fluency is increasingly widespread but stable local economic pathways remain uneven. A platform that can turn local digital familiarity into local economic function becomes more than a communications environment. It becomes part of the social infrastructure of work.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The regional expansion story only strengthens that reading. Early mass-testing traction across India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka has already given ZKTOR a meaningful South Asian field. Those markets matter not only because they expand the platform’s user map, but because they show that the concerns the company is speaking to are not uniquely Indian. Unread consent, behaviour tracking, AI-era misuse, women’s digital vulnerability, weak local discoverability and discomfort with externally shaped platform logic are regional concerns. According to company direction and leadership-level input, Pakistan, Bhutan and the Maldives are now expected to be the next geographies for mass testing. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">This is where Sunil Kumar Singh’s role becomes central again. He is not simply being presented as the founder of a new app. He is being presented as a privacy-tech entrepreneur with a doctrine. That doctrine is rooted in the belief that South Asia entered the first digital age under conditions of unequal understanding; that unread consent and behaviour tracking amounted to a form of structural deception; that women’s safety must be treated as a design variable, not a reputational afterthought; that district and small-town economies must become central to the future of digital growth; and that a region long treated as behavioural raw material can become a source of digital authorship in its own right. The broader operating image around the company &nbsp;research-heavy development, repeated testing, low-drama execution, low operating cost and long-horizon seriousness strengthens this positioning. It gives the market a picture not of a noisy launch vehicle, but of a company trying to build patiently around a larger structural thesis.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">That is why phrases like future multi-billion-dollar company or even future Google-like strength, when used carefully, should not be dismissed as simple startup exaggeration. The point is not that ZKTOR resembles a global giant today. The point is that the architecture of the opportunity is unusually broad. Privacy and data safety by design address the legitimacy problem. Zero-knowledge server architecture and no-behaviour-tracking logic address the surveillance problem. No-URL media protection and military-grade multi-layer encryption address the AI-era extractability problem. Women’s digital dignity addresses one of the biggest barriers to full participation. <p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>AI, deep-fake और surveillance capitalism के युग में एक नई पीढ़ी इंटरनेट से नए सवाल पूछ रही है। इन्हीं सवालों के बीच उभरता ZKTOR मॉडल यह जांचने का प्रयास कर रहा है कि क्या सोशल मीडिया को ऐसे ढाँचे पर बनाया जा सकता है जहाँ privacy, digital dignity और स्थानीय अर्थव्यवस्था तकनीक के मूल डिजाइन का हिस्सा हों।</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>जब इंटरनेट केवल नेटवर्क नहीं रहा, बल्कि एक व्यवस्था बन गया</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">इक्कीसवीं सदी के पहले दशक में इंटरनेट को अक्सर एक मुक्त डिजिटल संसार के रूप में देखा जाता था। यह वह समय था जब दुनिया भर के लोगों को लगा कि तकनीक सीमाओं को मिटा देगी, जानकारी को लोकतांत्रिक बना देगी और हर व्यक्ति को अपनी आवाज रखने का मंच देगी। ब्लॉग, फोरम और शुरुआती सोशल नेटवर्क उसी आशा के प्रतीक थे। इंटरनेट एक खुले मैदान जैसा था जहाँ कोई भी आ सकता था, अपनी बात कह सकता था और दुनिया के किसी भी कोने में बैठे लोगों से जुड़ सकता था।</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">लेकिन जैसे-जैसे यह नेटवर्क बढ़ा, यह स्पष्ट होने लगा कि इंटरनेट केवल एक तकनीकी संरचना नहीं है। यह एक आर्थिक और सामाजिक व्यवस्था भी बनता जा रहा है। अरबों उपयोगकर्ताओं की गतिविधियाँ, उनकी पसंद, उनकी आदतें और उनके डिजिटल व्यवहार धीरे-धीरे डेटा में बदलने लगे। हर क्लिक, हर स्क्रोल और हर ठहराव किसी व्यक्ति के बारे में एक संकेत बन गया। इन संकेतों का अर्थ केवल तकनीकी नहीं था; वे मानव व्यवहार का डिजिटल मानचित्र बनने लगे थे।</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">कुछ ही वर्षों में इंटरनेट का आर्थिक मॉडल बदल गया। प्लेटफॉर्मों ने यह समझ लिया कि यदि उपयोगकर्ता के व्यवहार को पढ़ा जा सकता है, तो उसके भविष्य के व्यवहार का अनुमान भी लगाया जा सकता है। विज्ञापन उद्योग ने इस संभावना को तुरंत पहचान लिया। यदि किसी व्यक्ति की रुचियों को डेटा के माध्यम से समझा जा सकता है, तो उसे वही उत्पाद दिखाए जा सकते हैं जिनमें उसकी रुचि होने की संभावना सबसे अधिक है। यही वह क्षण था जब इंटरनेट का केंद्र संवाद से हटकर ध्यान और व्यवहार पर टिकने लगा। इस नई व्यवस्था को कई शोधकर्ता एक शब्द में परिभाषित करते हैं <strong>Surveillance Capitalism</strong>। यह वह मॉडल है जिसमें उपयोगकर्ता स्वयं उत्पाद नहीं होते, बल्कि उनका व्यवहार और ध्यान सबसे महत्वपूर्ण संसाधन बन जाता है। प्लेटफॉर्म उपयोगकर्ताओं के डिजिटल जीवन को पढ़ते हैं, उस डेटा का विश्लेषण करते हैं और फिर उसी डेटा के आधार पर भविष्य के व्यवहार का अनुमान लगाते हैं। यह अनुमान ही आधुनिक डिजिटल विज्ञापन उद्योग की आधारशिला बन गया।</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>एल्गोरिद्म काअदृश्य संसार</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">जब व्यवहार डेटा इंटरनेट की नई अर्थव्यवस्था बन गया तो प्लेटफॉर्मों का डिजाइन भी उसी दिशा में बदलने लगा। सोशल मीडिया ने समय के क्रम में दिखाई देने वाली पोस्टों को धीरे-धीरे एल्गोरिद्मिक फीड से बदल दिया। अब स्क्रीन पर दिखाई देने वाली सामग्री किसी कालक्रम का परिणाम नहीं होती, बल्कि जटिल गणनाओं का परिणाम होती है। एल्गोरिद्म यह तय करते हैं कि किसी व्यक्ति को क्या दिखाया जाएगा, किस पोस्ट को प्राथमिकता मिलेगी और किस सामग्री को दबा दिया जाएगा।</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">इन एल्गोरिद्म के पीछे हजारों संकेत काम करते हैं, किस पोस्ट पर उपयोगकर्ता रुका, किस वीडियो को पूरा देखा, किस विषय पर प्रतिक्रिया दी और किस सामग्री को तुरंत स्क्रोल कर दिया। इन सब संकेतों से एक डिजिटल प्रोफाइल बनती है, और उसी प्रोफाइल के आधार पर प्रत्येक उपयोगकर्ता के लिए एक अलग इंटरनेट तैयार हो जाता है। इस प्रक्रिया का परिणाम यह हुआ कि दो लोग एक ही प्लेटफॉर्म पर होते हुए भी पूरी तरह अलग डिजिटल दुनिया देख सकते हैं। इंटरनेट अब एक साझा अनुभव नहीं रहा बल्कि करोड़ों अलग-अलग अनुभवों का संग्रह बन गया। यह personalization उपयोगकर्ताओं को आकर्षित करता है, लेकिन इसके साथ एक दूसरा प्रभाव भी जुड़ा है। एल्गोरिद्म वही सामग्री बढ़ाने लगते हैं जो सबसे अधिक प्रतिक्रिया पैदा करती है, अक्सर भावनात्मक, उत्तेजक या विवादित सामग्री।</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">इस प्रकार इंटरनेट धीरे-धीरे एक ऐसी प्रणाली में बदल गया जो मानव ध्यान को पकड़ने और बनाए रखने के लिए निरंतर प्रयोग करती रहती है। इसी कारण आज कई विश्लेषक आधुनिक इंटरनेट को <strong>attention economy</strong> का केंद्र भी कहते हैं, जहाँ उपयोगकर्ता का समय और ध्यान ही सबसे मूल्यवान संपत्ति बन चुका है।</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>एक नई पीढ़ी का इंटरनेट</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">यदि इंटरनेट के इस परिवर्तन को समझना हो तो Generation Z को समझना आवश्यक है। यह वह पीढ़ी है जिसने इंटरनेट को केवल एक तकनीक के रूप में नहीं बल्कि अपने सामाजिक जीवन के हिस्से के रूप में अनुभव किया है। उनके लिए इंटरनेट कोई बाहरी उपकरण नहीं बल्कि दैनिक जीवन का विस्तार है। मित्रता, मनोरंजन, शिक्षा, राजनीति और रचनात्मकता सब कुछ डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्मों के माध्यम से व्यक्त होता है। </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Gen Z ने इंटरनेट को एक नई संस्कृति में बदल दिया है। छोटे वीडियो, डिजिटल समुदाय, ऑनलाइन रचनाकार और वैश्विक संवाद इस पीढ़ी की पहचान बन चुके हैं। लेकिन इसी पीढ़ी के भीतर इंटरनेट के मॉडल को लेकर नई जिज्ञासा भी दिखाई देने लगी है। डेटा प्राइवेसी, एल्गोरिद्मिक नियंत्रण और डिजिटल पहचान जैसे विषय अब केवल तकनीकी विशेषज्ञों की चर्चा तक सीमित नहीं रहे। युवा उपयोगकर्ता भी यह पूछने लगे हैं कि उनके डेटा का उपयोग कैसे किया जाता है और क्या इंटरनेट का वर्तमान मॉडल वास्तव में संतुलित है। यही वह क्षण है जब इंटरनेट के भविष्य को लेकर एक नया प्रश्न उभरता है। यदि मौजूदा मॉडल ध्यान और व्यवहार के अधिकतम उपयोग पर आधारित है, तो क्या कोई ऐसा डिजिटल ढाँचा संभव है जो उपयोगकर्ता की सुरक्षा और नियंत्रण को प्राथमिकता दे?</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>जब विश्वास ही चुनौती में बदल जाए</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">इंटरनेट के इस दौर में एक और परिवर्तन तेजी से सामने आया है, कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता का विस्तार। AI ने डिजिटल सामग्री के निर्माण और संपादन की प्रक्रिया को पूरी तरह बदल दिया है। अब केवल तस्वीरों को संपादित करना ही संभव नहीं है; पूरी तरह नई तस्वीरें और वीडियो बनाए जा सकते हैं जो वास्तविक प्रतीत होते हैं लेकिन वास्तव में कभी अस्तित्व में नहीं थे। इस तकनीक को आमतौर पर deep-fake कहा जाता है।</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Deep-fake तकनीक ने इंटरनेट के सामने एक नई समस्या खड़ी कर दी है, विश्वास का संकट। दशकों तक समाज में यह धारणा रही कि यदि कोई घटना वीडियो में दर्ज है तो वह वास्तविक है। लेकिन AI के युग में यह धारणा कमजोर पड़ने लगी है। अब एक वीडियो वास्तविक भी हो सकता है और पूरी तरह कृत्रिम भी। इस परिवर्तन ने डिजिटल मीडिया की विश्वसनीयता पर गहरे प्रश्न खड़े कर दिए हैं।</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">इसका एक गंभीर सामाजिक पहलू भी है। कई डिजिटल अधिकार संगठनों की रिपोर्टें बताती हैं कि deep-fake तकनीक का उपयोग अक्सर व्यक्तिगत स्तर पर भी किया जा रहा है, विशेष रूप से महिलाओं के खिलाफ। सोशल मीडिया से ली गई तस्वीरों का उपयोग करके नकली सामग्री बनाई जाती है और उसे इंटरनेट पर फैलाया जाता है। इस प्रकार की घटनाओं ने डिजिटल गरिमा और सुरक्षा के सवाल को और अधिक महत्वपूर्ण बना दिया है। यहीं से एक नया विचार जन्म लेता है। यदि इंटरनेट की संरचना ही ऐसी हो जिसमें व्यक्तिगत मीडिया को आसानी से कॉपी या निकाला जा सके, तो उसके दुरुपयोग की संभावना भी बनी रहती है। क्या ऐसा संभव है कि प्लेटफॉर्म के डिजाइन को ही इस तरह बदला जाए कि उपयोगकर्ता की सामग्री अधिक सुरक्षित रहे? यही प्रश्न आज तकनीकी समुदाय के कुछ हिस्सों में एक नई बहस को जन्म दे रहा है। और इसी बहस के भीतर दक्षिण एशिया से उभरता एक प्रयोग ध्यान आकर्षित कर रहा है, एक ऐसा मॉडल जो सोशल मीडिया को अलग तकनीकी सिद्धांतों पर बनाने की कोशिश कर रहा है। उस प्रयोग का नाम है <strong>ZKTOR</strong>।</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">डिजिटल उपनिवेशवाद: जब डेटा नई संपत्ति बन गया</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">इक्कीसवीं सदी के दूसरे दशक तक आते-आते इंटरनेट एक ऐसे ढाँचे में बदल चुका था जहाँ उपयोगकर्ता केवल संवाद करने वाले लोग नहीं रहे, बल्कि एक विशाल डेटा पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र का हिस्सा बन गए। हर दिन अरबों लोग अपने फोन, कंप्यूटर और डिजिटल सेवाओं के माध्यम से इंटरनेट से जुड़ते हैं। वे संदेश भेजते हैं, वीडियो देखते हैं, तस्वीरें साझा करते हैं, टिप्पणियाँ लिखते हैं और अपनी दैनिक गतिविधियों का बड़ा हिस्सा ऑनलाइन करते हैं। इन सभी गतिविधियों का एक अदृश्य पक्ष भी होता है डेटा।</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">यह डेटा केवल तकनीकी रिकॉर्ड नहीं होता। इसमें यह जानकारी छिपी होती है कि लोग किस विषय में रुचि रखते हैं, किस प्रकार की सामग्री पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हैं, किस समय ऑनलाइन रहते हैं और किस प्रकार की जानकारी उन्हें प्रभावित करती है। आधुनिक डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्मों ने इसी डेटा को अपने आर्थिक मॉडल का केंद्र बना लिया। इस व्यवस्था में उपयोगकर्ता स्वयं उत्पाद नहीं होते, बल्कि उनका व्यवहार और ध्यान सबसे महत्वपूर्ण संसाधन बन जाता है।</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">कुछ शोधकर्ता इस व्यवस्था को <strong>digital colonialism</strong> के रूप में समझाते हैं। उनका तर्क है कि जिस प्रकार औद्योगिक युग में संसाधनों और श्रम के माध्यम से आर्थिक शक्ति का विस्तार हुआ था, उसी प्रकार डिजिटल युग में डेटा और ध्यान के माध्यम से नई शक्ति संरचनाएँ बन रही हैं। दुनिया के कई क्षेत्रों में इंटरनेट का उपयोग तेजी से बढ़ा, लेकिन प्लेटफॉर्मों का नियंत्रण और तकनीकी संरचना अक्सर सीमित तकनीकी केंद्रों में केंद्रित रही। उपयोगकर्ता वैश्विक नेटवर्क से जुड़ते हैं, सामग्री बनाते हैं और डिजिटल समुदाय बनाते हैं, लेकिन उनके डेटा से उत्पन्न आर्थिक मूल्य अक्सर उन्हीं प्लेटफॉर्मों के भीतर सीमित रहता है जो इस संरचना को नियंत्रित करते हैं। यह स्थिति किसी एक कंपनी या देश तक सीमित नहीं है। यह इंटरनेट के उस आर्थिक मॉडल का परिणाम है जो पिछले डेढ़ दशक में विकसित हुआ। प्लेटफॉर्मों की सफलता इस बात से मापी जाने लगी कि उनके पास कितने उपयोगकर्ता हैं और वे उपयोगकर्ताओं को कितनी देर तक अपने प्लेटफॉर्म पर बनाए रख सकते हैं। इसी कारण सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्मों का डिजाइन भी इस दिशा में विकसित हुआ कि वे अधिकतम engagement पैदा कर सकें।</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Gen Z और डिजिटल जागरूकता</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">इसी डिजिटल वातावरण में एक पूरी पीढ़ी बड़ी हुई है, Gen Z, Gen Alpha। यह वह पीढ़ी है जिसने इंटरनेट को केवल एक तकनीकी उपकरण के रूप में नहीं बल्कि अपने सामाजिक जीवन के केंद्र के रूप में अनुभव किया है। उनके लिए इंटरनेट कोई बाहरी तकनीक नहीं बल्कि दैनिक जीवन का विस्तार है। मित्रता, मनोरंजन, शिक्षा, कला, राजनीति और उद्यमिता, सब कुछ डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्मों के माध्यम से व्यक्त होता है। </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">लेकिन Gen Z की एक विशेषता यह भी है कि वह इंटरनेट के प्रभाव को लेकर पहले की पीढ़ियों से अधिक सजग दिखाई देती है। कई युवा उपयोगकर्ता अब यह समझने लगे हैं कि डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म केवल संवाद का माध्यम नहीं बल्कि डेटा और एल्गोरिद्म से संचालित प्रणालियाँ भी हैं। वे यह सवाल पूछते हैं कि उनका डेटा कैसे उपयोग किया जाता है, एल्गोरिद्म उनकी स्क्रीन पर क्या दिखाते हैं और क्या सोशल मीडिया के वर्तमान मॉडल में उपयोगकर्ता का नियंत्रण वास्तव में मौजूद है। यही वह क्षण है जब इंटरनेट के भविष्य को लेकर नई बहस शुरू होती है। यदि वर्तमान मॉडल व्यवहार डेटा और एल्गोरिद्मिक नियंत्रण पर आधारित है, तो क्या कोई ऐसा मॉडल संभव है जिसमें उपयोगकर्ता की गोपनीयता और नियंत्रण अधिक मजबूत हो?</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">दक्षिण एशिया में उभरता <strong>ZKTOR </strong><strong>मॉडल</strong> इसी विचार से जुड़ा एक प्रयोग माना जा रहा है। इसे एक पारंपरिक सोशल मीडिया ऐप के रूप में नहीं बल्कि एक <strong>privacy-centric social ecosystem</strong> के रूप में डिजाइन करने की कोशिश की गई है। प्लेटफॉर्म की तकनीकी संरचना में <strong>zero knowledge architecture</strong>, <strong>multi-layer encryption</strong> और <strong>no URL media framework</strong> जैसे तत्व शामिल किए गए हैं। इनका उद्देश्य उपयोगकर्ता की सामग्री और डेटा तक अनधिकृत पहुँच के रास्तों को सीमित करना बताया जाता है।</p>
